Welcome to Find Femboys, operated by Brightlucky Dating by ABRAMS PUBLISHING HOUSE, a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines (DTI BNRN 3010022). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our app and services. By accessing or using Find Femboys, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of Services

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use Find Femboys. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 User Account. To access certain features, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

1.3 What Find Femboys Offers. Find Femboys is a community platform with several features: Find (browsing and filtering member profiles), Friends (sending and accepting friend requests), Stream (a community feed of member posts), and Messages (direct messaging between members). Some features are available to all members; others — like Find — are reserved for VIP members, as described in-app.

2. User Content

2.1 Your Content. By using our services, you grant us the right to display and distribute content you post on our platform, including your profile information, photos, videos, and messages.

2.2 Respectful Conduct. You agree to use our services in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, hate speech, and illegal content will not be tolerated.

2.3 Content Moderation. We use automated filtering and human review to keep illegal and exploitative content off the platform. Content that violates our standards will be rejected; accounts involved in illegal activity, or reported and confirmed by our team, may be suspended or terminated.

3. Privacy and Data

Your use of Find Femboys is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership. We retain all rights to the Find Femboys platform, including its design, content, and features.

4.2 User Content. You own the content you post on Find Femboys, but you grant us a license to use and display it on our platform.

5. VIP Membership, Media Credits, and Gifting

5.1 VIP Membership. Find Femboys offers optional paid VIP membership, which unlocks additional features and removes certain limits placed on free accounts. VIP plans, pricing, and billing terms are shown in-app before purchase.

5.2 Media Credits. Uploading photos and videos uses media credits. Every member receives free media credits, and additional credits can be obtained through VIP membership, direct purchase, or gifts received from other members.

5.3 Gifting. Our platform offers a gifting system between members. Gifts are virtual items; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.4 Payments. When making payments on Find Femboys, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay any applicable fees. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and exceptions.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Accuracy. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on Find Femboys.

6.2 Third-Party Links. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or actions of these third-party sites.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
