Welcome to Find Femboys, operated by Brightlucky Dating by ABRAMS PUBLISHING HOUSE. We appreciate your decision to join our community. Understanding that situations change, we’ve established the following refund policy for our membership fees.

Eligibility for Refund

Members are eligible to request a refund within 24 hours of their purchase. This cooling-off period gives you time to consider your decision.

A purchase is not eligible for a refund once you’ve made meaningful use of the VIP features it unlocked — for example, using Find to browse beyond what’s visible to free members, or viewing profiles that Find shows exclusively to VIP members. Usage is recorded automatically, and a completed refund request may be declined if our records show the membership was used.

Refund requests must be submitted through our Contact page or by emailing support@findfemboys.com.

To process your request, we need your membership details (email address and username) and the reason for the refund. A specific reason isn’t required, but we appreciate the feedback.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving a refund request, our team verifies eligibility — confirming the purchase date and time, checking usage records, and ensuring the request complies with this policy.

Qualified refunds are processed within 12–15 business days after verification. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that isn’t possible (for example, an expired card), our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Non-Refundable Cases

Membership fees are not refundable after the 24-hour window, or once the membership’s VIP features have been used, except in exceptional circumstances evaluated case by case.

Media credits, gifts, and other virtual items that have already been used or redeemed are not refundable.

Changes to This Policy

Find Femboys may modify this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
